I’ve presented on topics such as: “What Makes a Great Leader,” “Mind the Gap, Staying Motivated During Career Transition,” and “Emotional Intelligence-What is it and How Can I Get More of it?”


Individual & team coaching. I incorporate the principles of Co-Active (™) coaching to get the best out of your high potential, high performing women and people of color. I coach them to successfully navigate the corporate environment and remain with your organization.
